If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the works we will rectify this to the highest level possible within the technical limitation of the material until you are satisfied

Time limit is 14 days from receipt of items

Payment

We will only release all the material following receipt of full payment 

Shipping Policy

Standard Service: for orders will be approx 2-3 weeks (variable depending on time of year and current work load)

We use tracked delivery for all items send unless other method specifically agreed by both parties

Collection

Any items left with us  including Tapes, Reels and DVDs not collected within 12 months will be disposed of.

Your own supplied USB supplied devices

We request that any USB device you supply is empty or contains nothing important as we sometimes need to format the device to copy the digital files to it, and we do not take any responsibility for loss of content on customer USB devices

Loss of your media

We pride ourselves on utmost care of your precious tapes , in the very unlikely event of loss of tapes on our premises or in our care that become unrecoverable we will pay a maximum compensation up to £50 per order
